We pride ourselves for being a friendly, welcoming & hospitable gym.

However, we are not friendly, nor hospitable when it comes to lack of hygiene.

Failing to maintain the highest level of cleanliness will see you refused entry to the gym.

Showered body & clean clothes!

Nails must be trimmed!

​Open cuts must be covered!

​

Any possible skin infections must be presented to the coach before entering the gym

​

Failing to do so may resulting to refused entry the gym & termination of membership!
